Material Sourcing & Delivery Policy

Our process begins with a detailed consultation to understand your aesthetic and functional needs. Based on this, our design team proposes a curated selection of materials from our trusted brand partners. We provide physical samples, catalogues, and 3D visualizations for your approval. Only after your final sign-off do we proceed with sourcing directly from manufacturers or their authorized dealers to guarantee 100% authenticity.

Quality is our top priority. Our Quality Assurance (QA) team conducts a 3-step check: (1) Supplier Check: We only work with certified vendors. (2) Pre-dispatch Check: Materials are checked at the source before shipping. (3) On-site Check: Our site supervisor inspects every item upon arrival for damages, defects, and specification matching. You are always welcome to be present during on-site inspections.

Deliveries are strategically scheduled to match the project's execution phases, preventing on-site clutter and damage. Standard materials are delivered within 7-15 days. Custom furniture or imported items may take 4-8 weeks. All timelines are clearly defined in the project schedule (Gantt chart) provided to you at the start.

We pride ourselves on on-time delivery. However, in the rare event of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply chain disruptions, lockdowns), we will provide immediate notification with a revised timeline and a clear explanation. Transparency is guaranteed. For delays caused by our end, a pre-agreed penalty clause as per the contract may apply.

We happily integrate client-supplied items (like appliances, artifacts, etc.). However, clients are responsible for the timely delivery, quality, and warranty of these items. Any project delay due to late delivery of client-supplied items will be the client's responsibility. Our team will provide the required specifications and dimensions to you in advance to ensure compatibility.

Our professional team handles all unloading and shifting. Materials are stored in a secure, designated area on-site, properly covered and protected from dust, moisture, and potential damage. We maintain a detailed inventory log which is updated daily and can be reviewed by you at any time.

Our relationship doesn't end at handover. AGOID INTERIOR provides a comprehensive service warranty on workmanship. Additionally, all branded materials come with their respective manufacturer's warranties, the details of which will be handed over to you in a warranty docket upon project completion.

No. All costs related to material transportation, loading, unloading, and handling are included in the final project quote we provide. Our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden logistics fees.
